These are the full terms of the offer on our FleurEx 2026 card: 1 month free, then 3 months half price, setup free, and Digital Florists POS free for 12 months.

Who can claim it

1. New customers only: shops that are not already using Digital Florists, and not shops already on a Digital Florists trial.
2. One offer per shop.
3. Quote the offer code FLEUREX26 when you book your demo or sign up. Booking through the demo link on this page counts as quoting the code. So does booking through the QR code on your FleurEx card, or with us at our stand. Without the code the offer does not apply.
4. The offer applies to the monthly price of a standard Digital Florists plan: Orders, Events or Complete. Enterprise plans are excluded.

The dates

5. Book your demo by 31 October 2026. The demo itself can take place after that date.
6. Go live by 31 December 2026. Going live means your shop is set up on Digital Florists and taking orders through it.
7. If you do not go live by 31 December 2026, the offer lapses and standard pricing applies.

What you get

8. Your first month is free. It starts the day you go live, and you do not pay for it.
9. Months two, three and four are half price: half of the standard monthly price of the plan you choose.
10. From month five you pay the standard price for your plan, with no minimum term, and 30 days' notice to cancel. Give your notice in writing; an email is fine. See our Terms of Service.
11. Setup is free. There is no setup fee. We move your customers and products across for you, with order history too where your previous system allows,^* and there is no charge for the move.
12. Digital Florists POS is free for your first 12 months, counted from the day you go live. POS is an add-on for the Orders and Complete plans. After 12 months it costs the standard POS add-on price on our pricing page (£15 a month per shop, ex VAT, in the UK).

The small print

13. The plan discount and free POS are two parts of this one offer, and you get both. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
14. Card payment processing with Dojo is a separate agreement with Dojo and is not part of this offer.
15. Standard prices are on our pricing page. UK prices exclude VAT.
16. We may withdraw the offer for new bookings at any time. Shops that have already booked keep it.

^* Order history migration depends on the export options of your previous system.

1. Scan the QR code on your receipt, or go to florist-toolbox.com/register, and enter your code in the promo code box when you sign up.
2. Claim it by 31 October 2026. Codes stop working after that date.
3. Each code works once.
4. Codes are for new Florist Toolbox accounts. Already use Florist Toolbox? Email your code to [email protected] from the address on your account, and we will add the 6 months for you.
5. You do not need a card to claim it. When the 6 months end, your account carries on as Florist Toolbox Lite, which is free, unless you choose to pay for Plus.
6. The code cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. Anyone with a FleurEx 2026 badge can play, florist or not. One play per badge.
2. Scan your badge at our stand and ring a sale through our till. It is a demo sale: nothing is charged and no money changes hands. Your receipt prints with your prize on it.
3. Every receipt wins one prize: 6 months of Florist Toolbox Plus (no limit), Dojo jelly beans (up to 100), Dojo mints (up to 100), a chocolate bar (up to 60), a chocolate selection box (up to 12), a £25 gift card (up to 20) or a bottle of wine (up to 8).
4. Which prize each receipt wins was set at random before the show, and spread across Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon, so there are prizes left for every part of the show.
5. If a prize runs out, the receipts that would have won it win another prize from the list instead. 6 months of Florist Toolbox Plus never runs out.
6. After your receipt prints, we ask for your details. You can say no. You still get your prize, but you are not entered in the grand draws.
7. Physical prizes are handed over at the stand. A £25 gift card comes as a code printed on a card.
8. Wine is only for visitors aged 18 or over, and our team may ask for ID. If we cannot hand over the wine, you get a chocolate selection box instead.
9. If you win a physical prize, your first name and town show on our stand screen.
10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

1. There are two grand draws. A year of Digital Florists Complete, two to be won, for florists who are not already Digital Florists customers: shop owners, florists working in a shop, and freelance or events florists. A £100 gift card, one to be won, for everyone else who plays, including students, suppliers and wholesalers, and existing Digital Florists customers.
2. To enter, play the till game and give your details at our stand: your name, your town, and an email address or phone number.
3. Which draw you are in depends on what you tell us at the stand: who you are, and whether you already use Digital Florists. The screen at our stand shows which draw you are in.
4. One entry per badge. A play where no details were given is not entered.
5. Both draws are made at random at our stand at the end of the show on Sunday 4 October 2026. You do not need to be at the stand to win.
6. Each year of Digital Florists Complete runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027, whenever the winner starts using it. It is not extended if you start later.
7. We contact winners by email or phone after the show, using the details given at the stand.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

What we collect at the stand

• The ID number from your FleurEx badge, so each badge plays once.
• Which of these you are: shop owner, florist in a shop, freelance or events florist, student, supplier or wholesaler, or other.
• Your name and town.
• An email address or a phone number, or both.
• Your shop name, if you choose to give it.
• Whether you would like to book a demo, and whether you already use Digital Florists.

What we use it for

1. To run the game: one play per badge, the right prize and the right grand draw.
2. To contact you if you win a grand draw.
3. To book your demo, if you asked for one.
4. To follow up about Digital Florists after the show, by email or phone.

You can say no to follow-up. Entering the draws does not depend on hearing from us about Digital Florists. If you would rather we did not follow up, email [email protected] or reply to any email we send, and we will stop. You stay in the draw, and we will still contact you if you win.
