Can you tell us about your business and the primary challenges you were facing before using Digital Florists?
Retail shop. Managing customer details and driver delivery routes, and lists
How were these challenges impacting your business operations?
The driver's list and routes took so much longer. We were using Circuit to route the deliveries, but we had to manually put them into the app. It worked, but it took so much longer

Something easy to use, the ability to add a photo, and driver routing

Easy, had lots of questions which Gem and Lewis responded to very quickly. Nothing was (or is ) ever an issue

Only me, but very user-friendly, takes a little bit of getting used to, but easy peasy!

Easier to use, more features, quicker response time for support/ questions
In summary, how would you describe the impact of our software on your business operations?
A must for every business. Customers’ expectations are so much higher now. They expect us to be able to email a receipt, a photo, to know the details from previous orders. They expect us to have what all the big companies have, such as DPD, etc.
