Q: Can you tell us about your business and the primary challenges you were facing before using Digital Florists?

Retail shop. Managing customer details and driver delivery routes, and lists.

Q: How were these challenges impacting your business operations?

The driver's list and routes took so much longer. We were using Circuit to route the deliveries, but we had to manually put them into the app. It worked, but it took so much longer.

Q: What were your primary goals in seeking a software solution?

Something easy to use, the ability to add a photo, and driver routing.

Q: Can you describe the process of implementing our software?

Easy, had lots of questions which Gem and Lewis responded to very quickly. Nothing was (or is) ever an issue.

Q: How was the adoption process among your team?

Only me, but very user-friendly, takes a little bit of getting used to, but easy peasy!

A must for every business. Customers' expectations are so much higher now. They expect us to be able to email a receipt, a photo, to know the details from previous orders. They expect us to have what all the big companies have, such as DPD, etc.
