Your 30-day no-card trial follows the features and limits of the plan you select. An Events trial gives you five everyday orders a month (per shop) for the odd walk-in. POS and connected retail order feeds need Orders or Complete.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. You can also pay by direct debit for annual plans.
Every plan includes our full delivery management system at no extra cost. This includes route planning, a driver app, customer tracking, and proof of delivery. Other florist software charges extra for this. We don't.
Integrations connect Digital Florists to other apps. Orders and Complete include two; Events includes one. Payment connections are available on every plan. Website, relay and courier connections require Orders or Complete. Extra integrations are priced in Optional Extras for UK customers and confirmed at signup for other regions.
Every plan includes 15 team members, which covers most florist shops. If your team is growing, add individual team members without changing plan. Enterprise includes 25 members per location with extra packs of five.
Events and Complete include 50 proposals a month and five active forms. Add proposals in blocks of 25 and active forms in blocks of five. The current add-on price is shown in Optional Extras for UK customers and confirmed at signup for other regions.
The 1,000-order limit applies to Orders and Complete. During peak periods we raise that limit to 1,500 for the seven-day window around each peak. Extra 500-order packs are available on Orders or Complete. The Events plan's five everyday orders a month stay at five year-round, and event orders never count towards them.
The Events plan gives you five everyday orders a month (per shop) for the odd walk-in you key in by hand. Event orders don't count towards that five, so a studio doing weddings all week never runs out. Choose Complete if you also need repeat orders, retail products, website or relay orders, or higher day-to-day volumes. POS is a paid add-on on Orders or Complete.
Your saving depends on the systems you replace. We don't charge setup fees, delivery management is included free, and the 30-day no-card trial lets you check the fit before committing. We'll help you migrate from your old system to running as a digital florist. It's easier than you think.
Most likely, yes! We integrate with almost every major florist website provider, and we're adding new ones all the time. Even if your provider isn't on the list, we can usually still connect, and we currently offer free website integration setup to get you started. Check our integrations page to see the full list, or get in touch and we'll let you know exactly what's possible for your setup.
The page shows GBP for the UK, USD for the United States and EUR for European countries. We confirm the billing currency at signup. Taxes are added where they apply and shown on your invoice.
