We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. You can also pay by direct debit for annual plans.

Every plan includes our full delivery management system at no extra cost. This includes route planning, a driver app, customer tracking, and proof of delivery. Other florist software charges extra for this. We don't.

Integrations connect Digital Florists to your website or other apps. Examples include Shopify, Stripe, and relay networks like Interflora. Orders and Complete include 2 free, Events includes 1 free. Extra integrations are £15/mo (ex. VAT) each.

Every plan includes 15 team members, which comfortably covers the majority of florist shops. If your team is growing and you need more, you can add extra members for £5/mo (ex. VAT) each. No need to upgrade your plan. For larger teams, our Enterprise plans include 25 members per location with packs of 5 extra for £20/mo.

Events and Complete plans include 50 proposals/month and 5 active forms. If you need more, you can add extra proposals in blocks of 25 for £15/mo (ex. VAT) and extra forms in blocks of 5 for £10/mo (ex. VAT). No limits on how many blocks you can add.

Most florists never will — 1,000 orders is more than enough for the majority of shops. During peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), we automatically raise all plan limits by 1.5x for the 7-day window around each peak — so your 1,000 orders becomes 1,500 at no extra cost. If you still go over, extra orders are available in blocks of 500 for just £20/mo (ex. VAT). They're added automatically so your service is never interrupted, and you'll only be billed for what you use. We'll always let you know before any extra charges apply.

Most florists switching to us save £250-£350 in the first year. We don't charge setup fees (others charge £150 per module), delivery management is included free (others charge £20/mo extra), and we offer a 30-day free trial so you can try before you commit. We'll help you migrate. It's easier than you think.

Most likely, yes! We integrate with almost every major florist website provider, and we're adding new ones all the time. Even if your provider isn't on the list, we can usually still connect, and we currently offer free website integration setup to get you started. Check our integrations page to see the full list, or get in touch and we'll let you know exactly what's possible for your setup.

All prices are in GBP (£). If you pay from a non-GBP bank account or card, your bank or payment provider may charge a foreign exchange fee. EU business customers with a valid VAT number pay under the reverse charge mechanism — no UK VAT will be added to your invoice. You are responsible for accounting for VAT in your own jurisdiction. We provide VAT invoices electronically with every payment.
