What You Get

A card machine that talks to the till

Ring the order through Digital Florists POS and the amount appears on the Dojo machine, ready for the customer to tap. The payment is recorded against the order on its own, so there's no typing the total twice and no mis-keyed amounts at the counter.

Payment links by text or email

Send a Dojo payment link for phone orders, sympathy flowers being paid for from afar, or invoices that need settling. When the customer pays, the order updates on its own. No chasing, and no reading card numbers down the phone.

A virtual terminal for phone orders

Take the card details on screen while the customer is on the phone, so the card machine on the counter stays free for the queue. The payment is recorded against the order straight away and the workroom can get on with making it up.

Refunds from the order

Refund a payment from the order itself instead of digging through the card machine's menus. The refund is logged against the order, so your end-of-day figures still add up.

Why Dojo

Dojo Go Max card machine

Money in the bank next business day

Dojo transfers your takings the next business day, so peak-week money isn't sitting with a processor while you're paying for stock. Exactly when it lands depends on your bank.

A machine that stays up at your peaks

Dojo machines have Wi-Fi and 4G built in. If the shop Wi-Fi drops on the Saturday before Mother's Day, the machine switches to 4G on its own and the queue keeps moving.

UK-based support

Dojo's support team is UK-based. And if your card machine is connected to Digital Florists, you've got us for the till side too.

Card Payment Questions

When you take a card payment in Digital Florists POS, the amount is sent to the Dojo machine for the customer to tap. Once it goes through, the order is marked paid and shows up in your end-of-day figures. Nothing is typed twice.

Yes. Type the card details into the virtual terminal while the customer is on the phone, or send them a payment link by text or email. Either way the payment is recorded against the order, and the card machine on the counter stays free for whoever is standing at the till.

Rates depend on your shop and how much you take on card, so there isn't one price to print. Send the form with a rough idea of your monthly card takings and Dojo will come back with a quote for your shop.

You're not locked in to Digital Florists: our platform works with other card processors too. Dojo will take you through their own terms before you sign anything, so there are no surprises.

Mention it on the form. Dojo can cover exit fees of up to £3,000 for some businesses, subject to their terms, so being tied in elsewhere doesn't rule you out.
