Built for Florist Groups & High-Volume Shops

The tools, support, and flexibility that multi-location florists and growing operations actually need. Choose the modules that fit your business.

Most florists are perfectly served by our standard plans. Enterprise is for when you've genuinely outgrown them.

Is Enterprise Right for You?

Enterprise is for florists who have outgrown their current plan — whether that's one busy shop or a growing group.

Multi-Location Florists

You run 2 or more shops and need a single view of orders, deliveries, and team across all locations. The master view gives you this.

High-Volume Single Shops

One shop, but thousands of orders a month. You need higher limits, priority support when it is busy, and tools that keep up.

Brand-Conscious Florists

Your customers should see your name on every tracking link and proposal - not ours. Branded with your logo, fonts and colours.

Orders or Events Only

Don's need both modules? Enterprise lets you pick just Orders or just Events at enterprise scale. Meaning you are only paying for what you need.

Everything You Need to Scale

Every Enterprise feature exists because a growing florist needed it. Here's what you get and why it matters.

Multi-Store Management

Run every location from one login. Each shop gets its own orders, deliveries, team, and settings — but you get a single view of the whole business. Multi-store is available on any plan, but Enterprise gives you custom per-location pricing that includes all the extras.

Why it matters: No more logging in and out of separate accounts. See which shop is busiest, move orders between locations, and manage your whole group from one place.

Custom Domains & White-Labelling

On standard plans, your team logs in at yourshop.florists.digital and your customers see our platform URLs on tracking links and proposals. Enterprise includes custom customer-facing URLs and full white-labelling at no extra cost — so your customers always see your name, not ours. You can also add a custom app domain as an optional extra.

Why it matters: When a customer gets a delivery tracking link or an event proposal, they see your name — not a platform they've never heard of. It builds trust and looks professional.

Room to Grow

Up to 2,500 orders and 250 proposals per month, with 6 integrations included. 15 team members per location as standard, with extra seats available in packs of 5. Your busiest Valentine's Day should never be limited by your plan.

250

15

6

Integrations

Why it matters: Standard plans include generous limits (up to 1,000 orders, 50 proposals, and 15 team members) that suit most shops — and you can always add more. Enterprise gives you significantly higher limits and 15 team members per location.

API Access with Documentation

Optional add-on

Full API access to your orders, customers, products, and delivery data. Build custom workflows, connect to your own tools, or let your web developer build exactly what you need. Available as an add-on for Enterprise customers who need it.

Why it matters: If you have bespoke systems, a custom website, or specific reporting needs, our API lets you connect Digital Florists to anything. Your developer gets full documentation and support.

Priority Support & SLA

Priority response times and a 99.9% uptime guarantee so you can rely on us when it matters most.

99.9%

Uptime SLA

<2hr

Critical response

Why it matters: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas — when your shop is flat out, you can't afford to wait in a support queue. Enterprise means you get priority support, fast.

Custom Integrations

Need to connect to a system we don't support yet? We'll scope it, build it, and maintain it for you. Standard integrations are included — complex or bespoke builds may carry a one-off or ongoing charge depending on what's involved.

Why it matters: Larger florists often have existing systems — custom websites, or industry tools — that need to talk to each other. We'll make sure everything connects.

Twice Daily Backups

Your data is backed up twice a day instead of daily. If anything ever goes wrong, you lose hours of data at most — not an entire day.

Why it matters: On Valentine's Day you might process a full week's orders in a single morning. Daily backups aren't enough when every hour counts.

Security & Data Protection

Your customer data, order history, and business information are protected by enterprise-grade security.

Role-Based Access Control

18 granular permissions across 4 role presets. Control exactly who can see and do what, per location.

Data Encryption

Data encrypted in transit and at rest. Credentials and sensitive information stored securely with hashed tokens.

Audit Trail

Every action logged with who, when, and where. Full audit trail for compliance and accountability.

GDPR Compliant

Marketing consent tracking, data export, and customer opt-out management built into every plan.

Isolated Databases

Your data is completely separated from every other customer. No shared databases, no cross-contamination.

Your Data, Always Exportable

Export everything at any time. Orders, customers, financial reports, and analytics — all downloadable in standard formats.

How Enterprise Onboarding Works

Rolling out new software across multiple locations does not have to be disruptive. Here is how we make it smooth.

1

Discovery Call

We learn your setup — locations, team sizes, integrations, current pain points. No obligation, no pressure.

2

Pilot with One Location

Start with a single shop. We configure your account, migrate your customer data, and train your team. Most single-location setups are live within a week.

3

Prove the Value

Run the pilot for as long as you need. See the time savings, the reduced errors, and the team feedback before committing to a wider rollout.

4

Roll Out to All Locations

Once you are happy, we add your remaining locations. Your data, settings, and workflows carry over. Most multi-location rollouts complete within 2-4 weeks.

“Delivery routes — I would have genuinely spent 2-3 hours each evening on peak days organising routes. Now it takes 10 minutes.”

Enterprise Pricing

From £199 /mo

Single location. Custom pricing for additional stores.

Save up to 20% with annual billing

Every florist is different. Choose just Orders, just Events, or both. We'll build a plan around your locations, volume, and the modules you need. No obligation to buy — just a conversation.

All prices exclude VAT. No setup fees.

Enterprise Questions

Enterprise includes custom customer-facing URLs and full white-labelling at no extra cost. That means your tracking links, proposals, and notifications all show your domain (e.g. track.yourflorist.com) and your branding instead of ours. This is the bit your customers actually see, so it's included as standard.

You can also optionally upgrade your team's app login URL (e.g. app.yourflorist.com instead of yourshop.florists.digital) as an add-on. It's the same reason you put your logo on your van, not your van hire company's — every touchpoint looks like it comes from you.

£199/mo gets you a single-location Enterprise setup with either Orders or Events and all the enterprise features. Choose both modules for £249/mo. If you have multiple locations, we'll put together custom per-location pricing that includes all the enterprise extras. We'll build a quote based on your specific situation — no obligation.

Yes. Enterprise isn't just about multiple locations. If you need higher order limits, API access, or custom integrations, Enterprise gives you that — even with a single shop. Talk to us and we'll see if it makes sense for your situation.

Our Enterprise SLA guarantees 99.9% uptime, which means less than 9 hours of unplanned downtime per year. You also get priority response times: under 2 hours for critical issues, under 8 hours for standard issues. If we miss our SLA targets, we'll credit your account.

Absolutely. Most Enterprise customers start on Complete and upgrade when they open a second location or outgrow their plan limits. Your data, settings, and team all carry over seamlessly — no migration needed.

Our API gives you programmatic access to your orders, customers, products, deliveries, and more. Common uses include syncing order data to a custom reporting dashboard, feeding product information to a bespoke website, or building automated workflows with tools like Zapier. Full documentation and support from our team is included.

No. Enterprise is available month-to-month, just like our other plans. Annual billing gives you up to 20% off, but it's entirely optional. No lock-in, no exit fees.

Absolutely. We recommend it. Start with one location, prove the value with your team, then roll out to the rest when you are ready. Your data, settings, and workflows carry over seamlessly. Most multi-location rollouts complete within 2-4 weeks.

Your data is stored in a completely isolated database — not shared with any other customer. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We run twice daily backups for enterprise customers (daily for standard plans). Role-based access control lets you set exactly who can see and do what, per location.

We are GDPR compliant with built-in marketing consent tracking, data export, and customer opt-out management. All exports and sensitive actions are logged in a full audit trail. If your procurement team needs a Data Processing Agreement or specific documentation, we are happy to provide it.

Yes. Enterprise customers can request custom contract terms, bespoke billing arrangements, and Data Processing Agreements. We are happy to work with your procurement team. Just let us know what you need during the sales conversation.
