Before You Start

Do I need to enter a card?

No. Your 30-day trial is 100% no-card. We only ask for payment details if you decide to keep using Digital Florists after the trial. Cancel any time inside the 30 days and that's the end of it. No invoice, no chase.

How does my existing data get in?

Gemma sets your trial up with you on a call. We bring across the data that belongs to your selected plan, so the account is recognisably yours. Order history depends on what your previous system lets us export. We tell you upfront what's transferable.

What happens after 30 days?

If you want to keep going, you pick a plan (from £75/mo) and we take it from there. If you don't, the trial ends and we don't bill you. Ask us before the end and we can export your customers and orders to a file so you have them on the way out.
