Q: Can you tell us about your business and the primary challenges you were facing before using Digital Florists?

West Malling Flowers is a busy high-street florist covering everyday flowers, weddings, funerals, corporate work and events. Before using Digital Florists, our biggest challenge was managing deliveries and team communication, particularly with part-time staff and especially at times when we needed to step away from the business ourselves. As the industry evolves, keeping pace with the logistics and communication standards of larger companies was also becoming something our customers expected.
