Q: Can you tell us about your business and the primary challenges you were facing before using Digital Florists?

Juggling multiple systems that didn't fully meet our needs was challenging, especially when it came to handling deliveries at peak times. We were looking for a system that would connect to Far Eye, record the day-to-day sales, as well as log all orders.

With multiple systems in operation, we had to go between platforms to record orders, track sales, and manage deliveries. This led to duplication of effort and time wasted on data entry, making it difficult, especially during peak times when orders were coming in fast and furiously.

Q: What were your primary goals in seeking a software solution?

We were looking for a system that would free up our time, especially at peaks. It was important to us that our local customers would get real-time tracking and updates, so they could see where their delivery is and when it will arrive, making them feel informed and reducing any fear about late or missed deliveries.
