Can you tell us about your business and the primary challenges you were facing before using Digital Florists?

Juggling multiple systems that didn’t fully meet our needs was challenging, especially when it came to handling deliveries at peak times. We were looking system that would connect to Far Eye, record the day-to-day sales, as well as log all orders 

How were these challenges impacting your business operations?

With multiple systems in operation, we had to go between platforms to record orders, track sales, and manage deliveries. This led to duplication of effort and time wasted on data entry, making it difficult, especially during peak times when orders were coming in fast and furiously.

What were your primary goals in seeking a software solution?

We were looking for a system that would free up our time, especially at peaks. It was important to us that our local customers were getting real-time tracking and updates, so they can see where their delivery is and when it will arrive, making them feel informed and reducing any fear about late or missed deliveries

Which features of our software were most beneficial in addressing your challenges?

The real-time tracking feature was a major win in terms of customer satisfaction. Customers could track their orders and see exactly when it would arrive. This feature helped build trust and alleviated any worries about the delivery arriving late or not at all.

Were there any unique or innovative ways you utilised Digital Florists?

Once a delivery is marked as complete in Digital Florists, we set up automated messages that send a review request via email with a direct Google review link to customers.

Can you describe the process of implementing our software?

Right from the start, Lewis & Gemma made the set-up easy; nothing was too much for them. They’re always quick to solve any issues I may have or are fast at answering questions.

How was the adoption process among your team?

I was really happy with how smoothly the adoption process went. The staff and I found Digital Florist incredibly easy to use and navigate. It made the whole transition a lot less stressful than I expected 

If I had previous software, how does it compare?

Digital Florist is way easier to use and way less frustrating than what we had before. It’s made things quicker and helped us stay on top of everything without the usual hassle. Definitely a big step up!

Could you share some quantifiable results or improvements you’ve seen since using our software?

Since we started using the software, we’ve saved a good chunk of time, especially during busy days. It’s made a big difference to how smoothly things run.

Did the software help in achieving the goals you set?

Yes, absolutely. It’s played a key role in helping us meet our efficiency and customer service goals, particularly during busy periods.

Have your customers noticed any changes in how you work?

Yes, customers really like the notification system and especially the photo of the flowers they get when their order is delivered. It’s something that often comes up in reviews. We’ve also noticed more reviews since we started using the software, as it automatically asks customers for feedback.
